Animoto

Make a virtual story board! Animoto allows you to create videos from pictures and video clips. These pictures or videos can be uploaded from Facebook, websites, Flickr, or uploaded from your own computer albums. This would be a great tool for students in coming up with creative stories. A project that I assigned every year was creating a fictional story that they had to write and illustrate. To alter this to include Animoto, I would have them create a nonfiction or fictional story by putting pictures and video clips of characters or animals together.
